that we’re drawn to ruins and other remains of ruinations
that we’re entertained by visions of faked deaths
Dracula, Frankenstein and
All the fanged
putrid monsters
clawed dinosaurs shedding flesh
human flesh all the better
Love and Death
entwines in pain and beauty
somewhere
at the bottom of the mind
therein lies the pull
of Mortality
